By using ClearCash you agree to these terms. ClearCash is operated by Jones Vicinus. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.

What ClearCash is

ClearCash is a personal budgeting tool for tracking income, spending, and savings goals. It is provided for personal, non-commercial use only.

ClearCash is not financial advice. Nothing in the app constitutes investment, legal, or financial advice. You are responsible for your own financial decisions.

Your account

• You must be at least 13 years old to create an account.
• You are responsible for keeping your password secure.
• You are responsible for all activity on your account.
• One account per person. Do not create accounts on behalf of others.

Your data

You own the financial data you enter into ClearCash. We do not claim any rights over your content. See our Privacy Policy for details on how we handle it.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or attack the service.
• Use the service for any illegal purpose.
• Share access to your account with others.

Service availability

ClearCash is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time. We are not liable for any loss of data or service interruption.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You can delete your account at any time from the app Settings or by contacting us.

Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use of the service after changes are posted means you accept the revised terms.
